meet Kate
Kate Dalliessi is a degree qualified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist based in Auckland, New Zealand, with a special interest in skin health, gut function and hormonal balance. She has worked in various areas of the health industry for more than eight years, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge, clinical experience and compassion to her practice.
Kate naturally developed a special interest in skin health through her own experiences with eczema and acne as a teen and young adult. These personal experiences give her a strong understanding of what others may also be going through, including the frustration and emotional impact of chronic skin concerns.
Kate’s guiding principals of practice are compassion & inclusivity, and she takes great pleasure in empowering clients with the knowledge they need to support their unique bodies - both during their naturopathic sessions and beyond.
Woven into her practice, Kate integrates frameworks such as the G.E.M.M (Gut Ecology and Metabolic Modulation) Protocol - a science-backed, food-first system that restores gut-immune-metabolic communication, and Corneotherapy, a progressive skin science focused on repairing and supporting the skin barrier. These approaches complement the Naturopathic philosophy of addressing both internal and external aspects of skin health.
Kate currently practices at the Sage and Well Skin Clinic, in Auckland and online, supporting clients of all ages and a wide range of conditions including acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, perioral dermatitis and more.
